My clientele is 80% referred to me by previous clients and 20% come form "open 
houses" and other sources. As a general rule, I only work with "pre-qualified" buyers
and often represent clients, as a listing agent, in selling their current home and then, 
as a buyers agent, in finding a new or resale home for them.
